Test Valley Mobility was founded in 1992 to meet the increasing needs for long term care in the community.

Test Valley Mobility offers design, manufacture, supply and production of hoists, door openers, stairlifts and vertical lifts as well as after sales service and support giving 24 hours, 365 days a year cover. As an independent hoist manufacturer in our own right, we offer a highly personalised service for the entire range of products within our portfolio. All hoists, door openers, stairlifts and vertical lifts carry a full 12-month guarantee.

Test Valley Mobility Staff
All staff who have direct contact with equipment users, surveyors, managers, service and installation personnel have full CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checks, carry Photograph ID cards, wear clothing bearing the company logo. All service and installation vehicles are also fully sign written.

All reception staff that make and receive telephone calls are selected for their ability to show understanding in communicating with clients who may through their disability have communication problems. We offer a minicom telephone facility for clients with hearing problems.

All service staff are employed for their skills in fault diagnostics, their communication skills, have a clean and tidy appearance and be able to carry out their tasks in a courteous manner.

Staff Training
All staff training is assessed initially on commencement of employment and re-assessed during regular appraisal interviews. Training records are kept for each member of staff.
